長生きして欲しい母より「お肉が食べたい！」との
リクエストを受けて、兄の知人推しの幸楽園さんへ。
●桜ユッケ
赤身の旨みを噛みしめられ、独占しちゃった一皿
●タン塩
タンの旨みも味わえつつ、すっきりしていてよき。
●塩 上ハラミ
脂ノリ、旨みよき、ハラミ。
レモンでさっぱりといただきました。
●レバー
苦み、臭みなく、丁寧に下ごしらえされた
レバー。
美味。
●コムタンクッパ
塩胡椒がしっかりしていましたが、後味さっぱりで
母も兄も一番気に入っていました。
次回、リピするもののみ記載しました。
次回はタン元をお願いしてみたいです。
母はお肉を頬張り、「これで元気になるね。
ありがとう☺︎」と笑顔で言ってくれました。
兄と私にとって、母の笑顔が元気玉です。
