2014.04.27. 夕飯
こちらのお店はＪＲ中央線の豊田駅北口から北西
に向かって歩いて１０分ほど、富士電機東京事業
所・工場群の北側住宅街にある老舗の焼肉屋さん
で、創業から４３年目になると伺いました。
お店に着いたのは１７：３０ぐらいで店内の先客
は６人、実は昨日も１８：００ちょうどに家族で
来たのですが予約が一杯で入れません。
仕方なく、家族に攻められながらも近くの八王子
ラーメン珉珉に予定変更。さすがに今日は大丈夫、
１６：００に電話で予約をしておきました。
案内されたのは入り口から直ぐ左のテーブル席、
飲み物はとりあえず生ビールのグラス４７０円と
ウーロンハイ／ジョッキで６００円・ウーロン茶
２５０円です。
始めに注文した料理は、牛タン塩１，２８０円と
上ロース１，８６０円×２・上ミノ９３０円×２・
牛上ホルモン８６０円・桜ユッケ９５０円。
他にはサラダ６００円と白菜のキムチ３８０円・
石焼きビビンパ１，４５０円・ライス２００円・
半ライス１５０円でした。
ほどなく出てきた焼き物の数々の中で上ロースは
ちょっと格別、タレでお願いしましたが柔らかく
て口溶けの良い脂は後頭部をくすぐるおいしさ、
是非ともご飯と食べたい逸品です。
見せてくれたのは石焼きビビンパ、若い店員さん
が手早く焼き上げて… 焦げ目がきれいでドーム
見たいな形状に、これはおいしい。
この後、追加したのは骨山カルビ１，３００円と
ウーロン茶２５０円・半ライス１５０円・ロース
焼９９０円×２まででした。
食べていて思ったのは肉系のおいしさ、かなりの
お味です。家族でちょっと高級な焼肉って感じの
お店でしょうか。
