知人にオススメしてもらったこちらのお店。
記念日すべきお祝いに車を走らせて行ってきました。
席の予約は出来ませんが、うなぎの取り置きが出来るので2週間前に予約しました。当日は並んだ順番に人数が揃ってる人から入店することが出来ます。
開店の1時間前に行き、ボードに名前を書いて時間を潰して開店時間に合わせて行きました。
年末ということもあり、開店10分後には10組程度待っている様子でした。お弁当の注文も途切れない様子で、人気のお店ということが分かりました。
注文したのは、
うな重（山） 3960円
肝吸いとお新香付
うなぎはツヤツヤしていてほど良く脂がのっています。
身はふわふわで柔らかい。ところどころ香ばしさのあるパリッとした皮が美味しかったです。
タレはほど良い甘みと量なので、白米がひたひたにならずにうなぎとタレご飯のお味をバランス良く味わうことが出来ました。
山椒はパウダータイプ。香りがしっかりしているので、うなぎにかけると山椒に包まれる感じでした。
先日マイレビ様に教えてもらった、
うなぎと白米の間にまぶして食べると、山椒のバランスが良くまた違った美味しさになるという発見がありました。
肝吸いはお出汁がしっかりきいていて染み渡る美味しさ。お新香はしっかりした味わいなので、うな重のお口直しに良いのかも。
提供は15分程度と早くて美味しいうな重でした。
お祝いに美味しいうなぎを食べて、思い出に残る良い時間となりました(*˘︶˘*).｡*♡
