この地域でとても有名な鰻屋さん。
存在は知ってましたが初めて伺いました。
以前、ふらっとよった時に予約しないと食べれないと言われて、今回は1週間前に電話しました。
時間を予約する形ではなく、うなぎを確保する予約で、あとは行って名前を書いて待ちます。
待つこと20分ほどで呼ばれました。
私はうな丼（里）、彼は川を注文。
肝吸いとお新香がついてます。
うなぎの量が違うそうです。
まず先に肝吸いとお新香がきました。
すごく美味しい。
この時点で感動、、
さてメインの鰻が来ました。
蓋を開けた瞬間の良い香り。
うなぎのタレは５０年以上の継ぎ足しの秘伝のタレだそうです。
うなぎは毎日浜名湖からその日使う分だけを直送しているとのこと。
このタレだけでご飯がいっぱい食べれそうな美味しいタレでした。
さてウナギです。
お箸を入れた瞬間、、、、
フワッッッフワ！！！！！！！！
柔らかーーい！！！！！！！！！
口に入れた瞬間ふわっと香るタレと柔らかいうなぎ、そしてご飯とタレうなぎのハーモニー。。
この人生で食べたうなぎの中で1番美味しかったです。
今まで食べてきたうなぎは何だったのだろう？と思うほど、本当に美味しかったです。
こちらの地域に御用の際は是非一度お立ち寄りいただきたい名店です。
