テレビで美味しそうな鰻を食べている番組を見て勢いでこちらを予約。コロナ禍の時にテイクアウトでは頂いたことがありましたが訪問はお初。
予約する際にメニューをチェック。飲みからの鰻というお店ではない感じ。なので鰻に集中の短期決戦型店（笑）こちらは席の予約は取ってなくて鰻を予約しておくタイプのお店。鰻と肝焼きを予約しました。
席待ちが嫌なので17時開店と同時に入店。あら？既に3組食事を開始してました。開店時間を間違えてかな？
気を取り直しておつまみになりそうな白焼、鰻ざく、鰻巻き、肝焼きで宴会開始。白焼は上品な塩加減ですがご飯が欲しくなる味。肝焼きは香ばしくて最高！何よりお通しがおいしかった。あれはなんだろう…
鰻登場。甘すぎないタレのふっくら鰻。まずい訳が無い！至福。
日本酒が３種しか無いのがちょっと残念ですが、飲むお店じゃないので良しですね。
やはり出来立ては美味しい。家から少し遠いのでご褒美お店として、年数回来られるよう仕事や家事を頑張りたいと思います。
