昔、日野市の住宅街に、レ・ザンファンという１件のフレンチがあった。
まだ若かった私は、美味しい料理に魅了され、週１回夕食を食べに通っていた。
残念ながら、しばらくすると、このレ・ザンファンは無くなってしまったが、
代わりに豊田駅前に洋風居酒屋をＯＰＥＮするという。
その居酒屋がここ、ＫＯＫＩＣＨＩだ。
６年前に府中市に引っ越してからは、お店を訪問する機会はなかった。
ところが、帰りの中央線で、何気なく食べログを見ていると、こちらのお店が。
懐かしくなり、訪問した。
夜７時頃の豊田駅前は、昔ほどの活気がなくなり、昔は沢山あった飲食店も
淘汰されて、コンビニが幅を利かせていた。
駅前の雑居ビルの２階に登っていく。
昔、レ・ザンファンで働いていた方々は元気だろうか。
店に入る。予想に反して店は混んでいた。
団体が２組とその他のお客が少々。
若い男性が二人と女性が一人。
そして厨房の一番奥に、赤いＴシャツを着た年配の男性。昔の面影が・・・
若い店員に聞いてみた。
「昔の多摩平にあったレ・ザンファンの常連だったのですが、こちらのシェフは
あちらにいらっしゃった方でしょうか。」
「そうかと思います。こちらのお店の本店はレ・ザンファンですから。」
え！？ それってもしかして、かの有名な代官山のレ・ザンファン？
さて注文。夕方に表参道でラーメンとケーキを食べているので、炭水化物はもういらいない。
新鮮な野菜と肉、それから少しだけお酒を飲んでいくかぁ。

スパークリングワインは口当たりが良く美味しい。
もっとワインが飲みたい人には、訊きワイン３種類＠980円なんていうのもある。
バーニャカウダはシャキシャキの新鮮野菜。
歯ごたえと野菜の自然な甘み辛みを堪能(^^♪
北海道産の地鶏も美味しい。
最後に、厨房で忙しく働く年配の男性に声をかけた。
やはり多摩平レ・ザンファンのシェフだったお方であった。
懐かしかったので、もう少し話をしたかったが、お店は忙しいそう。
再訪を約束し、お店を後にした。
表参道で惨敗の一日であったが、最後の締めくくりに懐かしいお店を訪問出来て良かった(*^^)v
