日曜日のお昼前に訪問しました。
こちらのお店には何度も来ていますが、いつも結構混んでいます。
まだ早かったので、待つことなく、窓側の席に通されます。
こちらのお店ではいつも季節のおすすめメニューから注文することにしています。
今日は前菜から米ナスの湯葉巻きと、スパゲティの中から、カジキマグロとししとう、長ネギのペペロンチーノと、豚肩ロース肉と旬野菜のトマトソースを注文しました。
すぐに米ナスの湯葉巻きが到着。
水分の多い米ナスと湯葉は相性がとても良く、添えられていた揚げパスタのようなもののパリッとした食感ともよく合います。
カジキマグロのペペロンチーノは、カジキマグロの旨みをがよく引き出されていました。
添えられていた魚粉パン粉をかけるとより一層、魚の味わいが引き立ちます。
旬野菜のトマトソースには、ナス、パプリカ、ズッキーニ等の夏野菜がたくさん入っていて、肩ロース肉もいい味を出しています。
トマトソースというよりは現代版ナポリタンのような感じです。
そしてこのお店を訪れた時に必ず注文するのがデザート三種盛り合わせ。
いつもはワゴンサービスで来てくれるのですが、コロナの影響で、お皿に取り分けられた見本を見せてくれ、その中から選びました。
私は、パイナップルのパンナコッタと、チーズケーキとチョコレートケーキ。
どれも美味しかったのですが、チーズケーキとチョコレートケーキは暑い夏にしては重めでした。
あっさり食べられるパンナコッタがよかったです。
チェーン店ですが、季節のおすすめメニューは、旬のものを美味しくいただけるので、おすすめです。
