今回は久しぶりに【めんりき匠ラーメン 日野本店】さんに伺いました。
平日、夜20時過ぎに先客6人。
今回はpaypayでの支払いの為
（30％帰ってくるキャンペーン）
券売機で食券を購入せず口頭で注文し
paypayにて支払い。
今回は【魚介つけ麺】830円をお願いしました。
注文時に店員さんより「つけ麵は太麺の為、
提供時間が少し掛かります。」との事。
待つこと20分でご提供。
20分ってちょっと待ち過ぎな気もするけど、
アナウンスあったし、
って麺を持ち上げると極太麺だったので少し納得。
スープは表面は濃い茶褐色で、
少し辛味のあるスープで熱々の油のよう
中は“しっかり”した、とんこつの白いスープで
クリーミー２層のスープが面白く美味しい♪
麺は極太のストレートでワシワシした歯ごたえで
食べ応え充分、喉越しもよくって
やっぱり好きなつけ麺です。
トッピングはチャーシュー、メンマ、葱、小松菜？
刻み海苔。
チャーシューは綺麗に成形されたバラロールで
厚くはないけど充分な食べ応えで美味しい♪
葱はけっこうな量が入っていて
麺と併せて摘まんで食べるとシャキシャキした食感が
楽しめて美味しい♪
卓上に、擦りニンニクと自家製唐辛子が置いてあるので
少しづつ入れて味変も楽しめました。
久しぶりに伺いましたが
やっぱり好みの【魚介つけ麺】で美味しかったです。
