2017・節分はこちらの恵方巻をいただきました。
おおまささんは、お不動さま御用達のお寿司屋さんでいらっしゃるそうです。
当日は店頭でも数量限定販売されておりました。
海鮮宝巻という恵方巻もあるのですが、敢えて定番の恵方巻を購入。
最近は他店で具材に高級素材を使ったり、キャビアが入ってるものもあるんだとか。
話題作りには良いと思いますが、昔は節分に漬かりあがるお新香を使った新香巻を一本食べる風習があったのだとか。
税込み500円の恵方巻は、真っ当なおいしさでした。
具は至ってシンプル。
玉子、きゅうり、かんぴょう、椎茸、高野豆腐、三つ葉、ごま。
素材ひとつひとつのハーモニーを大切にしたお寿司でした。
かんぴょう、椎茸、高野豆腐の煮つけ、味付けが甘すぎず濃すぎず。
どれが勝ってる負けてるというのがない。
具材の個性、風味を大切にいかしておりました。
シャリはさっぱりとした味わいで巻き上がりもしっかりしており、さすがお寿司屋さんの恵方巻。
具材がこぼれ落ちたり、海苔巻きが外れるようなこともありません。
久しぶりに美味しい巻き寿司をいただきました。
恵方巻はかぶりつくものではありますが、事情がありまして切り分けました。
店内でお寿司をいただいたことがまだありませんが、お不動様に出かけたら次はぜひ相方と行ってみたいです。
