日野市にある寿司店。
創業は1947年。
江戸前の寿司を提供する。
刺身、揚げ物等、寿司以外の一品料理もある。
営業時間は11時から14時、17時から22時。
おおまさにぎりは、当店が提供する寿司の1種。
本マグロ中トロ、白身、本マグロ赤身、いか、穴子、ぼたんえび、うに、いくら、鉄火巻きの9種類が提供された。
様々な新鮮なネタをいただけるので、有り難い。
特にマグロは、赤身も中トロも口の中でとろける感じ。個人的には、大トロより、中トロくらいまでが食べ易い。
ぼたんえびは、火を通したものではなく、刺身の状態で提供された。寿司店ならでは。
いくらや穴子も食べられ、大満足。
味噌汁付き。
