銀座のデパ地下に寿司を求めて参りますと、期間限定コーナーに、日野のお店が出店されてました。鯖寿司、ウニ丼もありますが、私は、握りです。マグロは好きではありませんので、７貫握り2100円か海宝握り2100円が候補になりますが、海宝握りは、内容の見本が無く、お尋ねして、ウニ、イクラ、数の子が入ることは分かりましたが、その他の内容がシークレットみたいで、パス。７貫握りは、金目鯛、クロむつ、ボタン海老、イサキ、本マグロ・中トロ、コチ、ヒラメ。マグロ以外は、国産で産地表示もあります。マグロ以外は、300円平均ならば、良いと思いました。
