メニューは同じですが、お店によってだいぶ違うような気がします
若い人が一杯で若い人にお金を気にせず飲んでもらいたい！
そんな思いが伝わる、はっきりとしたコンセプトが良いのだと思います
店内は若い人が溢れています
大手の居酒屋チェーンの業績が悪いと聞きますが
大手の居酒屋さんがなんでもある
いわゆる居酒屋メニュー化してどこへ行っても同じようなメニュー
そうしたメニューに皆が飽きて、こうした専門化された
居酒屋さんに若者も移っている気がします
どこにでもあるものがメニュー化されるのではなく
普通にお店で作ることで美味しさを何気に感じるのだと思います
生ビールと発砲酒はお得感あるのですが・・・
ハイボールは量が少なくて損した気になる（ｖｖ）
