日曜日15時、客なし。
ハーフ鰻丼2100円お吸い物付(肝吸ではありません)
注文してから焼きますので15分ほどで提供されました。
ハーフとは言っても丼の蓋をあけたときにそれなりにテンション上がりました
まずはお吸い物。つるつるした弾力のある具材はお豆腐でしたでしょうか。あたたまります。
続いて鰻丼。あえて鰻重ではなく丼にしているのはタレの調和を考えてのこととの説明書きが書いてありました。味が沁みています。丹念に焼き上げた香ばしい焼きは感じられますが、鰻の身があまり豪勢な質ではないので少し軽い口当たり。
山椒はフロアの女性に、効き目が強いので少しずつとご案内いただきましたが、この山椒が実に効果的。花椒の刺激と同等で、鰻の小さめな切り目にパラパラと山椒をつければ食べ応えを一段階上げてくれる気がします。
店内は綺麗な居酒屋といった趣でした。
