高幡不動の門前の鰻屋さんです。
店頭で鰻を焼いていて、鰻の焼いた匂いが
お客さんを引き込みます。
幸村(鰻半身丼+汁物つき)2100円を注文しました。
カウンターに座っていたので、鰻を焼いている
状況を見ながら待ちます。
鰻の丼が登場。
写真の見た目よりご飯は少なめです。
男性だと大盛りにした方がよいかもしれませんね。
鰻は、蒸さないで焼いているだけのようです。
焼いているだけにしては、ふっくらしていています。
ビックリしたのは、山椒。
この香りがよく鰻の旨さを引き立てます。
