蒸さない関西風の鰻です。
今回は秀吉でご飯大盛を頼みました。
鰻はぜんぜんこってり感は感じず香ばしさが逆にさっぱりを感じさせます。個人的には尻尾の部分が香ばしくて美味しく感じました。
肝吸いはシンプルですがほのかな柚子の香りが上品でホッとさせます。
近くに高幡不動があり土方歳三の銅像があります。副長も京都にいた時は関西風の鰻を食べてたのかなと想いを馳せました。
