フォロワーさんの影響で興味を持った”ビリヤニ”
色々調べてみたら結構奥が深い ( *´∀｀*)ｂ
作るのが結構手間で、なんちゃってビリヤニ（カレーチャーハン）もあるらしい（－－；
「日本ビリヤニ協会」っていうのも有って、そこ公認なら間違いないだろうと
ずっとその機会を伺っていたんですが、コロナのせいで目途立たず。
地元フォロワーさんがここを上げたので、とりあえず経験してみるか!とやってきました。
フードコート内に在るお店、注文してしばし待ちます。
カウンターの並びに釜を置いてタンドリーチキンやナンも焼いてます。
厨房を見てると、棚の上に何か秘密の機械が有るらしく、
ビリヤニが出てきました（－－；
ランチタイムはドリンクサービスが有り、わたしはチャイにしました。
”マトンビリヤニ”
（ ´∀｀） 「おー、これがビリヤニか」
細長いパスティマライス、ビリヤニは粘りを出さないように熱湯で炊き上げるらしく、
ボロボロしてます。
一口食べると、独特な香辛料の味が口の中に広がります。
お店によってカレーの香辛料の配合が違うんだろうけど、これが現地の味なのかな？
食べ進むにつれ汗が噴出してきました。
ご飯の山の中にマトンが隠れていました。大きめな塊が4つ。
一つは骨付きでほとんど肉が付いてなかったけど(^^;
筋ばっかりで固い肉、顎の強化に良かったです。
ライタというヨーグルトのようなもの。日本で言う漬物のような位置づけなのかな？
掛けて食べたらさっぱり味に。
香辛料の味と米に飽きてしまい、久しぶりに食べきるのが辛かった。
こういう食べ物なのか、他の店を廻らないとわかりません。
ビリヤニ協会の人が「本当に美味しいビリヤニを食べに行こう」なんて記事を書くくらいだから、
闇も有りそうですね・・・
機会が有ったら又挑戦してみます。
