やはりフードコートのレベルを軽く超えてます
リピート訪問。
今回は夜でしたが、昼とメニュー変わらずの豊富な種類。
特に、3種のカレーセットは、味もボリュームも素晴らしい。
よく見かけるオーソドックスなインドカレーも、スパイスの量や種類が絶妙にブレンドされていて、1つ1つ味が異なり、他店にはないオリジナル感があります。
インドやパキスタンの家庭料理などもあり、本場の味は知らないが、どれもレベルが高いと感じるお店です。

フードコートに出店ながらも、食べログでは地域No.1の高得点を獲得している、南インド・パキスタン系カレー店。
インド人らしきスタッフがテキパキと注文を捌いてます。
ランチからして、メニュー豊富。
カレー以外にも、ビリヤニやドーサ、パキスタンの家庭料理などがズラリと並ぶ。

・南インドのチキンカレー
・キーマトマトカレー
・ほうれん草チキンカレー
ランチセットのカレーは、本日の日替わり含めた8種類から3種選べて、かなり大きなナンと、ラッシーがサービスで付いてくる。
これで950円は破格です。
カレー自体は、南インドということで、汁気多めのサラサラ系。
ただ、スパイスはかなり入っていて、メニュー毎に配合がかなり違いました。
南インドのチキンカレーは、クローブ推し。
キーマトマトカレーは、イエローマスタードとジンジャー。
そして、しっかりした辛さ。
全品に生の青唐辛子が入っていて、良いアクセントに。
フードコートでここまでハイクオリティなカレーに出会えるとは。
ありがたいですね。

久しぶりに訪問。
ビリヤニも食べてみたが、やっぱり3種のカレーに戻る。
南インドは、スパイス感＋辛さしっかりで、必ず頼む。
シーフードは、とろみと甘さが強め。
ほうれん草は、両者の中間くらいの辛さとコク。
本格的なインドカレーを楽しめるが、ナンも大きく、トータルでの満足感が半端ない。
