どの料理も繊細な味わいと盛付けで美味しかった。
揚げ胡麻とうふ : 周り香ばしくカリッとした食感の中から現れるフワフワまろやかな胡麻豆腐。甘酢あんと辛子のアクセントが絶妙。
あげ田楽 : 周りの香ばしい揚げ具合は、胡麻とうふと同様だが、味噌の甘い味が絶品。
豆水とうふ : 場内に豆腐工場があり、地下水を汲み上げて毎日製造している豆腐。まろやかで、甘口の出汁との相性も良く、体の芯から温まる。アクセントに塩昆布を加えると、さらに甘味が引立つ。最後に残った湯葉も、また異なる食感で良い。
