こちらのお店はＪＲ中央線の八王子駅北口から東に歩いて１８０ｍほど、八王子駅北口ローターリーの東側にある京王プラザホテル八王子店２階の中国料理レストランで創業はホテルと同じ１９９４年９月とうかがいました。
お店に着いたのは午前１１時５０分ぐらいで店内の先客は２０人ほど、店内奥のテーブル席に座り注文したのは三種盛り合せ前菜（ハーフ）１６５０円とマーボー豆腐（ハーフ）１０５０円あわびの薄切り冷菜（ハーフ）３１００円、生ビール２つです。
始めに出てきた料理は三種盛り合せ前菜（ハーフ）は蒸し鶏と焼き豚とくらげ、蒸し鶏は刻みネギとネギ油の塩味で柔らかく味が良い、焼き豚はレトロな中華風の飴焼きで旨味があってしっかりした噛み心地、くらげはコリっとした歯ごたえですこぶる上品な味わい。
マーボー豆腐が出てきたら紹興酒の古越龍山８年をぬる燗でお願い、まったりしてて辛口のマーボーを口いっぱいに入れても咀嚼はいらない。マーボーがのどを通るとご飯が食べたくなった。
食事は海の幸の汁そば１９００円を２人でシェア、細くておいしい麺と上品なスープ、具材は蟹・海老・烏賊・帆立と白菜・人参・竹の子・しめじ・金針菜（ユリの花）などで贅沢な一品だ。
