八王子界隈では有名な寿司屋。
かつては、炙りまぐろを出した初の店とか
とろたくを初めて出したとかで、
メディアにも露出したらしい。
というような話も、食事中に主人がやってきて
自慢っし始めちゃったから知ったので、
本当かどうかはよくわからない。
立地的にもわざわざ行くお客さんが多いだろうから、
ついつい鼻高々になってしまう気持ちもわからないでもないが、
正直、きつかった。
アイデアはすばらしいと思うだけに
もったいないと感じた。
