ニラもやしラーメン(880円)、量も多くて大満足！
日曜日の午後2時に訪問。
雨模様の午後2時だというのに、入店待ちのお客が数組いた。
20分ほど待って店内へ。
店内はさぞかし満席で賑わっているかと思いきや、席数の3割ほどのお客さんしかいなかった。
ホールの店員さんが2名、厨房に3名の従業員だったので、店員の数に見合うだけのお客を店内に案内しているのだろう。
さて、カウンター席に座り、メニュー表を広げる。
ここのお店の1番のオススメは、ニラもやしラーメン。
今回も、ニラもやしラーメン(880円)の麺硬めに、半チャーハンと餃子3個付のBセット(352円)をオーダー。
テーブルに置いてあるザーサイを小皿に取って、それをつまみにしばし待つ。
10分ほどで着丼。
ラーメンの丼の大きさがあり、ニラもやしの量が半端ない。もやしの量はおそらく、スーパーで売ってる通常サイズを1袋分使っていると思う。
ニラもやしのジャングルの中で、焦がしニンニクが数個遭難しかけている。
麺は、ちぢれ麺でしっかり硬めの仕上がり。
ニラもやしは、シャキシャキ感がしっかり残っていて歯応え良し。
焦がしニンニクは、ホクホク柔らかめの仕上がりで美味しいのに、匂いが気にならない。
Bセットの半チャーハンは、米もパラパラで相当本格的に仕上がっている。餃子も熱々で美味い。
これでプラス352円は安い！
ニラもやしラーメンの普通盛だけで、普通の男子ならお腹いっぱいになると思うが、今回は欲張ってセットにしたことを少し後悔(味は大満足だが、量が多かったー)

Saturday night. After taking care of some business at Hachioji Minamino Station, I visited this restaurant. Their chive and Ramen sprout ramen is really delicious. Without any hesitation, I ordered the chive and bean sprout Ramen (880 yen) with Gyoza / Dumpling and rice set (+242 yen). While waiting for Ramen, it's nice to crunchy the all-you-can-eat pickled mustard greens on the table. ( ´༥` ) Crunch, crunchy, crunchy, crunchy, crunchy... What freaked me out this time was when I finished ordering, picked up the pickled mustard greens on a small plate, and after the first crunchy round, I was about to take the second round when the guy said, "Sorry to keep you waiting." (๑´╰╯`๑)? What? It hasn't even been three minutes since I ordered... Actually, I wasn't even waiting! They served it so fast ∑(°口°๑)!! Did they boil the noodles properly? Did they fry the vegetables? And Gyoza / Dumpling arrived with a delay of just one minute... (°д° ) I don't think Gyoza / Dumpling can be cooked in 4 minutes... Anyway, let's eat... Unable to hide my surprise, I picked up my chopsticks with trembling fingers. First, Ramen. I think the amount of noodles and vegetables has increased since the last time I came. It's a huge amount. I wonder what the noodles are like, which I was worried about. Oh, it's done properly. I wonder what kind of operation it is. The chives and bean sprouts are also crunchy, but they don't feel like they've just been fried, so I guess they stir-fry a certain amount in advance, but they're not watery, so I'll call it good. Like the Lion King, the few cloves of burnt garlic that sit atop the vegetables are very soft and squishy, and really delicious when eaten with the other ingredients. Next is Gyoza / Dumpling. This is a bit disappointing. The filling inside is cold, and the skin isn't crispy. It feels warm and warm. It seems that they're not fried in the short time of 4 minutes, but are pre-made. The amount of chive and bean sprout Ramen is sure to satisfy a hungry adult man. Thank you for the meal.
