今回ご紹介するのは、創業以来昔ながらの薪釜戸で炊き上げたシャリが特徴の八王子市戸吹町にある【戸吹鮨忠】のレビューです。（食べログ投稿時３・１８、投稿件数６件）
前レビューでアップした【寿庵忠左衛門】の女将さんに紹介されたお店で、お蕎麦を食べた後ですが相方も大好きな寿司なら食べれるという事で立ち寄りました。
お店は滝山街道と高尾街道が交差点の滝山街道沿いにあります。
先ずは店内に入りカウンター席に座り注文したのは特上にぎり￥３０００と相方が群馬のお酒「龍神」￥７００をお願いします。
カウンター越しには気さくな大将が「こちらは初めてせすか？」と声を掛けて来たので「ハイ！武蔵五日市にある寿庵忠左衛門の女将さんに紹介されてきました」と答えます。
大将もその女将さんの事はご存知の様で、「蕎麦を食べて寿司のはしごですか」と少しビックリした様子！
そうこう会話は弾んでいる間に特上寿司の出来上がりです。
昔ながらの江戸前寿司で１０貫のお寿司が並んでいます♪
ネタ的には、写真の左奥から中トロ・赤身・中トロ・ヒラメ・海老・サユリ・赤貝・穴子・イクラ・雲丹という内容です♪
他に味噌汁が付きます。
昔ながらの寿司屋の様に、私達夫婦が好きなシャリも大きく食べ応えがあります。
流石にネタ的には上ネタではありませんが、シャリは美味しいです(^^♪
大将に「シャリが美味しいですね」と言うと、薪の釜戸でシャリを炊いているとの事！
「いなり寿司も美味しいから食べてみて」と勧められたのでいなり寿司も２個お願いし、改めてシャリの美味しさを味わいます♪
最後はデザートをいただきお腹一杯になり八王子ICから中央道に乗り葛飾を目指して帰路に着きます。

気さくな大将と息子さんの若大将の息もピッタリ合い、大変居心地の良くまた奥多摩の帰りに立ち寄りたくなるお店でした(^^♪
