八王子の街は岩見沢の繁華街の10倍程度の店舗数(体感)で人の量は100倍位でした(笑)
居酒屋も沢山ありましたが、良いお店を手探りで探すのも大変でしたので、宿泊した京王プラザから近いお店に。
ビルの下には客引きが数名‥食い気味でさすが都会と言った所。多分どこの居酒屋も一緒だろうなぁ‥と思って入ったのですが
何を食べても美味しい海鮮も北海道の居酒屋に負けてないっっ
フライドポテトはちゃんとニンニクの油で揚げており、バターとクリームチーズを混ぜたもので頂く美味っおでんは真っ暗に染みて、始めはビックリしましたが、味はほんのり甘くてこれまた美味牛スジは少し固かったけど。。
鉄板に乗ったつくねも、軟骨の割合が最高、最後まで熱々で食べられました。
石焼きのジャコと梅のご飯もさっぱり、少し焦がしてから食べて下さいねまたまた石焼きの塩辛まぜご飯も最高味はなぜかタラコバターなぜだっ
サーモンとアボカドのサラダも、ハズレなし
タコの炭火焼きは一度食べて下さい。焼けて縮れて小さくはなっていますが、味は最高
