コロナ禍の影響で、行きたかったお店に振られ振られ…最後の切り札としてキープしておいたお店。なんと、こちらのお店は日曜日でもランチが17時まで…！ありがたや～ただ、ビルの三階にあるので知らないと入って来れないかも…一階がＰＣショップだし。
京王八王子駅とＪＲ八王子駅を結ぶアイロード沿いにあるので分かりやすいです。自粛休業のお店が多い中、こちらは営業されていた…！日曜日先客3組後客2組。先会計でした。二階と四階は貸切専用だそう。リッチだなぁ。
階段を登って～ランチはドリンクバーつき。ランチ営業は17時までですが、ドリンクバーは17時半まで。ということはラストオーダーが17時なのかな？後で知ったけれど、電子マネーも使える模様…残念。使いたかった。レジ付近に表示見当たらず…。
店内はソファもいっぱいあって、結構広い！隠れ家感満載。ソファ席は居心地良さそうだけれど、ランチ目的なので、食べやすそうなカウンター席へ。全て窓際でいいねぇ。お一人様も気兼ねなく。
ランチは確か全て1,000円以下だったような…そのなかから、明太マヨ石焼ビビンパ 750円。サラダが100円でつけられるとのことで、お願いしました。100円。うわー安いな！だってドリンクバーとスープ付きですよ？？
お冷代わりにアイスコーヒーを頂き～コップはプラカップ。ドリンクは烏龍茶とコーヒー、紅茶だったかな。お絞りなどもセルフ。先にサラダ到着～一緒に割り箸も。えっ、こんなに？！ビックリ。
グリーンサラダと、南瓜サラダの二種盛り。そして結構量がしっかりある…！200円でもこれ以下のものを出すところだってありますよ。グリーンサラダはサニーレタスメインで、ドレッシングが少なめ。南瓜サラダはシンプルですが、美味しい。食べ応えアリ。
やや待って、メイン到着～おおお、しっかりビビンバ鍋！アッツアツ！ご飯に明太マヨソース、卵、あさつき、刻みのりがのっています。先ずは混ぜて混ぜて～鍋に張り付かせておこげ待ち。スープはかなり出汁が効いた玉子スープ。
玉子たっぷり、かつお出汁がかなり効いているのか、見た目より和風。美味しい！そしてビビンパはしっかりおこげが出来て満足！紫蘇とタコが効いてる！海鮮っていう割にタコしか確認できませんでしたが、タコの歯応えと紫蘇の香りがいい。
久し振りにビビンパ食べたわー。明太子も久し振り。これ、自分で作りたいな。温かいコーヒーも頂きまして、スマホでマンガ読みながらのんびり。スイーツも期待できますね。ご馳走様でしたー！！
