【要約】うまい創作料理。（8字）
開店同時に入店で、一番乗りです。
店内もBGMもいかにも創作料理店のような
自由な雰囲気です。
本日のきまぐれは、内容も値段もその日次第なので
まさにきまぐれですが、
この日は「マグロのユッケ丼950円」ということで、
ちょっとチャンレンジ過ぎるかなと思い、
「初めてのお店は定番を」の原則に従って、
鶏なんばんのタルタルsetを発注です。
（本日のきまぐれは、入店するまで
内容と値段が分からないのが、ちょっとアレですかね・・・）
他にお客さんはいないものの、提供までに15分弱かかりましたが
レビューを見ると、いつものことのようです。
ご飯大盛りでお願いしてみましたが、
普通よりどれくらい増しなのかよくわかりません。
まず味噌汁から手をつけましたが、
味噌とダシの調和がよく、かなりうまいです。
鶏なんばんは、衣がパリパリを通り越して、
パキパキしているのが特徴の一つでしょうか。
隠し味的な甘酢の下味もいいですし、
タルタルソースも卵の白身のみじん切りの食感がいいです。
サラダや小鉢も良質だったので、メイン単品よりも、
3点プレートとか玉子かけご飯定食のような複数品にして、
良質な味をさらに楽しめばよかったなと思いました。
