京王八王子駅からほど近くの路地にある和食ダイニング「ZERO STYLE(ゼロ・スタイル)」。ランチタイムは近隣のサラリーマン、OLで賑わっていて、昼は名物のチキン南蛮やタコライスなどの創作料理、夜は生牡蠣やお刺身など本格的な和食がいただける。
昔一度訪問してチキン南蛮のセットを食べたことがあるが、今回2年ぶりの訪問。今日は「焼きタコライスset」(900円)。サラダ、小鉢(もずく酢)、味噌汁付き。
焼きタコライスは雑穀米の上にタコス(味付け挽肉)、生トマトとたっぷりのチーズが乗ってオーブンで焼き上げてあり、ドリア風のスタイル。チーズがとろーり。味自体は見た目の予想通りで、卓上のタバスコとの相性も抜群。個人的に熱々のタコスの上でほどよく柔らかくなったチーズとシャキシャキの生レタスという「温かいものと冷たいものを一緒に食べる"非日常感"」がタコライスの醍醐味だと思ってるから焼かない方で良かったかな。
ランチは850円～1000円と定食としてはちょっと高めだけど、ご飯は全て雑穀米でサラダも野菜がたっぷり、お冷でなく温かいほうじ茶が出たりとヘルシー系ランチとして人気がありそうで、この日は女性客率9割。ホールの店員さんが女性なのも女性客が来やすい理由かもしれない。
