良いお店を見つけました。
内観のイメージとは違い、定食メニューがいろいろとあって。
京王線「京王八王子駅」から歩いて3分ぐらい。
静かな街の小さな定食屋さん。
『和食ダイニング ZERO STYLE（ゼロ スタイル）』
黒を基調としたシックな店内。
確認は出来なかったけど、音楽系のCDやサイン色紙が
たくさん飾られていました。
ロック系のバラード曲が静かに流れていて～。
広々としたカウンター席へ。
この日のお昼はコレって決めてました。
ちなみに、「本日の気まぐれ」は、鰆の刺身と米茄子揚げ出汁。
冷たい麦茶。
黒色のテーブル上に赤い色のグラス。
映えますねぇ～。
■鶏なんばんのタルタル定食 930円
全体的にやさしい味付けでした。
味噌汁は、出汁感のあるあっさりした味。
具は、わかめ、三つ葉、ねぎ。
ごはんは、八穀米。
小鉢は、ゼンマイ、こんにゃく、揚げの煮物。
付け合わせの葉野菜サラダ。
鰹節とクリーミーなドレッシングがかけられて。
大判のチキン南蛮。
あらかじめ短冊状にカットされていて。
玉子感のあるクリーミーな甘めのタルタルソースがたっぷり。
酸抑えめの甘酢ダレ。
両端がサクッと、これがまた美味しい～んだなぁ。
やわらかい胸肉。
カットの幅が均等で盛り付けもキレイ。
TRFのダンサー、SAMに似たマスターが作る繊細な和定食。
美味しかったですよ。
鰆の刺身など魚系の定食や、「玉子かけご飯定食」、
トリプル玉子仕立ての「国産豚ロースかつ丼定食」も気になります・・・。
お会計時にもらったポイントカード。
