京王八王子から、少し路地を入ったところにある隠れ家的お店です。
店内はカウンターがあって、テーブルも少し。こぢんまりしたお店です。
数年ぶりにお邪魔しました。
★お通し
小鯵の南蛮漬けです。ちゃんと作っている感じですね。
★キスの天ぷら
出汁がちょっと薄いけど、キスは、カリッと揚がっていました。
★お刺身盛り合わせ
スルメイカ、天然ヒラメ、タコ、鮪です
イカが、歯ごたえがあっておいしいですね。
★明石焼き風茶わん蒸し
タコ焼きの中身のような味のする変わった茶わん蒸しです。
とろっとしていて、なかなかのアイデアですね。うまいです。
★出汁巻き玉子
出汁が効いています、おいしく焼けていますね。
飲み物は、銀盤 純米大吟醸は、そこそこおいしいかな。
後はビールと白ワインをいただきました。
店員さんの感じも良くて、一人でも楽しく飲めます。
