平日の昼間に入店。
イートインスペースが設けられていて、その場でケーキを購入して頂くことができる。
夏場は美味しそうなかき氷もやっているそう。
夏季限定の『チョコミン島¥560』と、『ルージュ¥560』を購入。
どちらもムースケーキ。土台はクッキー生地にホワイトチョコがコーティングされていて、サクサク感がありドストライクだった。
『ルージュ』は見た目の華やかさで買ってみた。ベリーの酸味と、中のホワイトチョコムースの甘さが程よくマッチして、バランスの良いケーキ。土台のクッキー生地がアクセントになっている。
『チョコミン島』は他店で見かけることのないような、珍しいケーキだったため気になり購入。
ミントの程よい爽快感と、ムースに混ぜ込まれているカカオニブがアクセントになっている。スポイトにミントシロップが入っているため、好みで調節できるのが良い。
中のチョコムースがあることでバランスが取れている。
また来年の夏もこれを食べに行きたい。
ここのケーキの生クリームはあっさりなめらかで、舌触りが良く、すごく好みだった。
自身がケーキ屋で働いていることもあり、ケーキは頻繁に食べているが、こんなにも生クリームに違いがあるのか…と驚いた。
焼菓子の種類も豊富で、今回はあまり見れなかったため、次回は買ってみたい。
