明治期創業の老舗料亭ということで、期待して言ったのですが、確かに建物などは老舗の趣がありますが、接客がいまいち。
予約時の電話からして、フロントの方の口の聞き方などがぞんざいに思えました。接客という店からなら八王子の他のすき焼き店のほうが感じよかったです。
肉は柔らかく、とても美味でしたが、野菜の種類が少なく、お餅などの具材もなし。
ポン酢はやや味が濃すぎに思えました。
