先日期間限定の４周年特別メニューをいただいて来ました。
一人６，４００円のフルコースです。小さなグラス３つに、鯖のリエット、グリンピースのムース、帆立
貝と柿のタルタルが綺麗にもられています。特に鯖のリエットには感動！林檎と合わせて頂き「鯖
ってこんなに美味しいの？」おかわりしたいぐらいでした。次に長崎県五島列島直送のさざえをガーリックバター（ブルギニオン？）で頂き、さざえってこんなに柔らかくて、身が締まっていて噛みごたえがあるとは・・・なんでも、五島の海は海流にさらされて、潮の流れがキツイそうで流されない様にと頑張ってるため、身が締まるのだそうです！ずいぶん貝は食べましたが絶品です～！スープも魚も美味しく、メインディッシュの牛頬肉の煮込みは今思い出しても、生つばものでした！自家菜園で採れたゆずを使ったムースも香りがよく、お茶菓子は自家製ギモーブ、生キャラメルまで頂けるとは感激の４周年メニューでした。グラスワインも１０種類もおいてあり、全種類を４人で制覇！飲み比べるとこんなにもワインの違いがわかるんですねって位美味しくてスイスイ入っちゃいました！
駅から近いのに、静かに食事が出来、前の小川には昼はコバルトブルーのカワセミが見れるそうですよ～ 見てみたい！ オープンキッチンなのでシェフやスタッフの動きもチラ見出来て飽きないお店です！
まさに、うまい！うまい！うまい！です。
２０１０年１月３０日訪問。ブイヤベース！！！ランチで２，４００円でも食べれるそうですよ～
そして、今回は何と言ってもプチマカロン！！１ケ７０円で店頭販売やお取り寄せでも召しあがれるそうです！！コロコロ、ちっちゃくていくつでも食べられそう～（＾＾/
