先週行った時にとても気に入ってしまったので、送別会の会場に利用しました

茶わん豆腐、刺身、小鉢、天ぷら、十割そば
前回とまったく同じコースで、お蕎麦だけ十割をチョイス
やっぱりここ好き
次回は舞茸の天ぷらを頼んでみたいな

9年前に行ったお蕎麦屋さん、その時はお蕎麦の事もよくわからなかったけれど
改めて、Go To Eat を使って行ってきました
◆相模(ミニコース)
茶わん豆腐、刺身、小鉢、天ぷら、十二割そば
コースでは十割そばなのですが、+300円で十二割にしてもらいました
十二割そばとは、十割そばにそばの若葉の粉を加えたもの
コシもあり、ほんのり香る風味が美味しく、後半はそばつゆを使わず、ネギとわさびを
トッピングしてそのまま頂きました
セットのお料理も上品で美味しく、とても気にりました

昨秋行ったレストラン レジェの2軒お隣のお蕎麦屋さん
十二割そばと書かれたのぼりが気になった
十二割とはどういうことかと尋ねたところ
そば粉100％の十割そばにそばの若葉粉を加えたオリジナルとの事
◆つけとろもりそば（十二割）
蕎麦は、コシがありとても美味しかった
そばつゆはかなり甘めなので、賛否両論分かれそう
店内で、メニュー他いろいろと見ていたら
メルマガ登録で、にぎり３貫ゲット！！という広告を見つけた
所詮無料なので大きな期待はしていなかったが、なかなか美味
蕎麦の盛りもいいし、お寿司まで頂けてとてもお得気分でした
