兄がうどん、弟が蕎麦なんですって

気にはなっていたのですが、なかなか行く機会がなかったのですが
食通の友達のブログに刺激され行ってきました
こちら、80年前から西新宿で営まれていて、立ち退き後休業、現在、第４代 長盛庵として営業されているとのこと
４代目 長盛庵は兄弟で、お兄さんがうどん、弟さんが蕎麦を担当されているようです
そこまで知ってさぁ、どちらにしようか？で決められないところにいいメニューを発見
◆兄弟盛り
即ち、うどんも蕎麦も味わえるというわけです
その日の気分でチョイス出来る、なかなか面白いお店だと思いました

開店と同時に行くのはちょっとかなって思って
開店5分後に行ったらほぼ満席
今日は悪天候だというのにさすが人気店

期間限定のメニューで、おつまみ系の蕎麦
だったようですが、SNSで見かけたときから
これを食べてみたいと思っていました
とても美味しかったです

最初に行ったのはかれこれ10年前
そのあと自宅近くという事もあってなかなか
行く機会がなかったのですが、忘れた頃こちらのお店の
話しをしている人に出会うので、なんとなく
気になっていました
そして今回もまた、前日に食事をしたお寿司屋さんで
長盛庵の話しをしている方がいて、今回こそはと

10年前はあまりお蕎麦の事もわからずの来店でしたが
最近では少しお蕎麦の美味しさもわかってきたような
気がしていて、夫は自宅近くで “蕎麦屋で憩う”が出来る
ようなお店を探していました
まさにここ、ちょっとつまんで、吞んで、〆にお蕎麦
理想的なお店かもです
