今日のお昼は、金山村へ
席に着き
注文したのは、７７７円メニューから
豚バラ青菜チャーハン大盛り（７７７円）を
大盛りも無料なんです（≧∇≦）
プラス２２２円で餃子もつけられるみたい❗️
時間かからず、出来てきたチャーハンは
こんな感じ‼️
平皿にのっているから
ボリューム感があまり伝わらないかも
しれないけど
なかなかの量
とろみのついた
玉子スープが付いてきます
豚バラが柔らかく、そこそこ入っていて
パラパラのチャーハンが美味しいの(*^ω^*)
ごちそうさまでした。
満足‼️

水餃子は、ピリ辛ちょい酸っぱいタレがかかった
ツルッとのど越しの良い生地に
ジュワッとひろがる、肉汁の具がつまっていて
ここでは、焼き餃子より

見た目は、ふつうに
具の多い、油そばにみえるが
山椒と鷹の目がかなり効いている(ﾟoﾟ;;
確かに燃える
燃えるような味で
暑さも吹き飛ぶさ‼️
水餃子は、相変わらずのクオリティー(о´∀`о)
つるっと、食べきってしまう美味しさ

ハーフサイズと醤油ラーメンとのセットで
９８０円を頼んでしまったので
量は少ないが
柔らかい、豚バラと
パラパラのごはんの相性が良くて美味しい(o^^o)
水餃子は、いつも通り
皮は厚めでつるんとした皮
タレはすっぱ辛いタレ
中の餡は、ジューシーな肉汁が出る
追加で頼んだ四川担々麺はピリ辛ながら
ハマる味
麺は、醤油ラーメンや、もやしあんかけラーメンより
加水率の低い麺
〆の杏仁豆腐は、意外とボリューミー
味は、逸品( *´艸｀)

Gyoza / Dumpling Saturday, 5 of my drinking buddies and I went to "Kinzanmura Hachioji". We made a reservation by phone in advance and were shown to a large table at the far end of the restaurant. Fried liver (580 yen) Gizzard and scallion cold greens (480 yen) Fried egg, jellyfish, and pork (980 yen) Chinese-style pork stew (1,580 yen) Bang bang ji? Ramen（I usually order water Gyoza / Dumpling, but it was sold out that day... so I changed to grilled Gyoza / Dumpling. Grilled Gyoza / Dumpling is also delicious and cost-effective. However, I think water Gyoza / Dumpling is a must when you come to Jinshan Village. The authentic Sichuan Bean Curd is a delicious dish with the pepper and hwaseng (Chinese pepper)! The fried gizzards and green onions are salty and make the sake go down a treat! I had to ask for more pork belly, so I asked for more pork belly. I also like this stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts... Sometimes I have a craving for it for lunch! Fried rice with fried Chinese cabbage and pork I had the perfect amount of fried rice with bean sprouts Ramen A must-have for Kinzan Village Ramen, with a lot of bean paste, and more noodles than the other Ramen Dessert was another meal! I was pretty full, but I managed to finish one per person (^o^; There was also 5 year old Shaoxing wine on the all-you-can-drink menu, which I intended to drink... mostly beer, and two cups of jasmine tea at the end, which was very satisfying! Payments can be made by PayPay as well as cash.
