初来店です。八王子方面で用事があり、その帰りに伺いました。
お店は、JR八王子駅からも京王八王子駅からも、どちらからも歩いてすぐの場所にあり、建物の2階のお店にしては、比較的、わかりやすいです。
お店は、外観よりも、内装のほうがずっと素敵で、店内の雰囲気や生花が飾られているところなどに、ホスピタリティの精神を感じます。スタッフの方々の笑顔も素敵で、料理の説明もわかりやすく丁寧でした。こじんまりとしたお店ながら、サービススタッフの方々のレベルは、なかなかのものです。
料理の味は、無難な美味しさ。もちろん、文句はないのですが、特に感動するとか、特筆すべき美味しさとかいうものはありません。デザートのクリームブリュレとコーヒーはおいしかったです。別途注文したスパークリングワインの味もふつうでした。
