アウトレットの帰りに他の選択肢が無く行ってみました。
メニューを見ると、福岡のお店なのかなって思える地名がちらほら。
そう言えば昔、糸島半島に卵の黄身をつまめる養鶏場の卵を買った事もあったが、味は普通だったなあ～。まさかそこの卵か？？
水牛モッツァレラのマルゲリータ
薪窯ではなさそうな窯で焼かれていましたが、最後にピザの耳を直火にかける様に焼かれていましたが、どうみても焼きすぎ。窯から出して耳の焦げた所をちぎって捨てておられましたし、提供されたピザの耳の裏が結構真っ黒コゲ・・・さほどジューシーさもなく、生地も超薄めで、好みではない。写真見ても縁ちぎって捨てられた跡あるし、直火に当たった裏はもっと焦げてましたよ。
普段ルーナマーレで頂くマルゲリータの方が数倍美味しいからなあ…
カルボナーラ
ちょっと胃もたれする感はあったが、こちらは普通に食べられたが、これもルーナマーレに比べると･･･メニュー写真と実物にかなりの乖離がある様に思えましたねえ。メニューでは少々こんもりした盛り付けでしたが、実際はスープ状の中にベチャッと平らに盛り付けられており、こんなに汁っぽいとは思わなかった。
うん、再訪はしないか、今回みたいに他の店が閉まっていてここしか無い時は、ピザはパスしてパスタかなあ～
