久しぶりに京八近くにあるイタリアンレストランのピエモンテで11時過ぎにランチを食べてきました。

先客は1グループでしたがその後、続々とカップルの来客有り、カウンターまで埋まってきました。

オーダーはトマトソースを使ったロッソとトマトソースを使わないビアンコのハーフ＆ハーフのピザ1055円税別にしました。ランチにはサラダとドリンクがついてますが、ホットコーヒーにしました。

程なく、サラダと辛味用のオイルとレッドチリペッパーのトッピングが提供され、さらに７，８分でピザも提供されました。

ロッソはトマトソースとモッツァレラチーズとバジルのピザで、ビアンコは黒オリーブとオイルサーディンのピザです。これにレッドチリペッパーをパラパラとかけてからいただきます。

もうちょっと生地の食感がジュワッとした方が好みですが美味しくいただきました。食後にローストの深めなコーヒーをいただいてご馳走さまでした。
