以前の場所では何度か訪問してますが、この場所に移転してからは初訪問になります。入口右には薪が積み上げられています。入口がすべて開放されてフレッシュエア度は最高です。このお店には12時前に訪問しました。
先客は女性グループ、男性ひとり客が2名、でした。その後、カップルと女性グループが来店したり、テイクアウト客が来店したり、配達したり、と賑わってました。
ひとりなので、奥か入口の長いテーブルかにどうぞと言われ、長いテーブルの入口際に座りました。カトラリーはテーブルに予め置かれていて、すぐにメニューを持ってきてくれました。
オーダーは4種類のチーズを使ったフォルマッジピザのセット1000円税込にしました。消費税の値上げに伴って税込表記になって分かりやすくなりました。
ピザが焼き上げる間に、ビュッフェでサラダとドリンクを取ってきます。グリーンサラダには自家製のオニオンかバルサミコのドレッシング、とフレーバーティーを頂いてきました。バルサミコドレッシングもフレーバーも良かったです。
そうする内にゴルゴンゾーラとモッツアレラ等の4種類のチーズが入ったクアトロフォルマッジが焼き上がりました。６カットにされてます。一緒にハチミツも提供されました。最初はハチミツを少しかけていただきました。しっかりと焼き上がっていて香ばしいし、複雑な味のチーズとハチミツのコクが混じり合って美味しいピザです。
辛味オイルが置いてあったのでこちらでもいただきました。こちらも美味しいです。夜にも訪問して赤ワインと一緒にいただきたいですね。
少し余韻を楽しみたかったので２種のミニドルチェ300円も追加しました。今度はアイスコーヒーとシフォンケーキと紅茶のシャーベットを美味しくいただきました。
