八王子セレオの1Fにあるヴェールの丘さんです。
こちらの店舗は以前後輩の誕生日ケーキを購入し、美味しかったので、個人的に利用したいなと思っていたのですが、だいぶ月日が経ってしまいました。
みなみ野の本店はまだ未訪。
購入したのはティラミス、そして通常のモンブランならあまり惹かれないのですがスイートポテトモンブランがあったためそちらを購入。
帰宅して実食。
まずはモンブランから。
栗のあまさと芋の甘さ、生クリームの甘さのバランスがよく美味しいです。
下にはスイートポテトのタルトで最後まで芋を感じれるのが嬉しい。
続いてティラミス
エスプレッソのビターなクリームとマスカルポーネの濃厚なクリーム、生クリームが均等でこちらも食べやすい。
ビスキュイにもエスプレッソが染み込んでいて、苦味を残して終わるのがいいですね。
ご馳走様でした。
駅直結なので使い勝手も良いですね。
また季節感のあるプチガトーを食べたいです。
