平日の午後、正月休みのおやつを求めに南大沢の“パティスリー”に立ち寄った。店内には色とりどりの生菓子や焼菓子が並び、カラフルな雰囲気である。今日は自家用に、「トレヴィ」561円・「エマ」583円・「ムラングシャンティー キャラメルポワール」518円をチョイスした。
自宅に帰り熱い紅茶を淹れて、家人とシェアしながらいただく。コンクール優勝作品という「トレヴィ」は、長細い形状をしている。“シュトロイゼルショコラ”でコーティングされ、ザクザクとした食感が心地よい。中は自家製“オレンジコンフィ”と“ショコラオレのムース”で、洋酒が香りふんわりやわらかい。トッピングされた“ビスキュイショコラ”や“ガナッシュオレ”は、濃厚な味わいである。
美しい紅色の「エマ」は、華やかな丸い形状で“苺のジュレ”と“マスカルポーネのムース”がトッピングされている。周りは“苺ガナッシュ”と“イチゴチョコレート”でコーティングされており、苺の香りと甘酸っぱさに包まれる。
フランス伝統菓子をアレンジした「ムラングシャンティー」は、ほろ苦い“キャラメルシャンティ”と洋梨がトッピングされている。周りの“メレンゲ”が、サクサクの食感である。
一流のパティシエが創る“プチガトー”は宝石のように美しく、とびきりDeliciousであった。
