I was told that the kamaage udon would take 5 minutes to prepare, so I ordered a regular udon with broth. I topped it with kakiage and chikuwa Tempura. My beautiful wife topped it with kitsune udon. As expected, the broth here doesn't have enough dried sardine flavor for me. I prefer a stronger dried sardine flavor, as I'm of Sanuki DNA. Well, I guess that can't be helped, since the flavor is tailored to people all over the country.
