I've been meaning to go since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, but it was closed temporarily and closed reserved use, but I finally visited just before 12 o'clock. The chef is the only one running the place. There are several lunch menus for 1200 yen, but I decided to order a Hamburg Steak lunch with demi-glace sauce, soup and salad for 1200 yen. I also added lunch coffee for +150 yen. The consommé soup was served immediately, and about 10 minutes later the side dish plate and rice bowl were served. Hot tea was also prepared. The hamburger Hamburg with demi-glace sauce was 200g, and I enjoyed it with plenty of demi-glace sauce and a soft-boiled fried egg. The after-meal coffee also uses proper coffee milk, which adds extra points.
