2024/3/15（金）訪問。
『竜泉寺の湯八王子みなみ野店』リニューアルと聞き、爆風サウナを堪能後に徒歩で30分ほど移動し、八王子駅周辺へ。
本当は、違うラーメン店に行くつもりでしたが、長蛇の列に怯み、当店へ来ました。
店内は満席でしたが、並びは無く、着座。
カントリー調とでも言うのでしょうか、温かみのある雰囲気。
メニューを見て、定番であろう、チキンと野菜のスープカレーを大辛で、ご飯普通でお願いします。
ビールの小瓶もお願いしたので、それを飲みながら、約7〜8分ほどで提供。
沢山の野菜といかにも柔らかく煮込まれていそうなチキン。
まずは、スープを一口啜ると、優しさが感じられる味。
スパイスは感じられるが、野菜や動物出汁と調和した強すぎず程よいスパイス感。
スープカレーといえば、野菜を楽しむもの、特に人参を美味しく食べられるものと思っていますが、こちらも多分に漏れず、美味しく頂きました。
チキンは、見た目通り、柔らかいので、一気に解して、ご飯と一緒に食べていきます。
脂も多いですが、スパイスと野菜沢山の効果で、舌にも体にも優しい印象で完食。
