八王子の牡蠣専門店、距離的には京王八王子駅からの方が行きやすいでしょう。
八王子に牡蠣料理のお店ができたと聞いて以前から興味がありました。
住宅街の少し入り組んだ場所にあるお店ですので注意が必要かもしれません。
店内はゆったりとした雰囲気でしたが、そこそこ人も入っていました。
牡蠣料理のお店ということで様々な牡蠣を獲れた地域別に出していました。
地域別に食べ比べたことはなかったので面白いシステムだと感じました。
生牡蠣のほかにもオーブン焼きやカキフライなど様々な料理を楽しめました。
どの料理もワインと合いましたし、大変美味しかったです。
お昼の営業もやっているようなので、そちらでも是非伺いたいです。
