This day I went to Hachioji from Yamanashi. We decided to have lunch at Hachioji. Hachioji Station is a large station and has many shops. However, my schedule didn't allow for much relaxation, so I decided to eat some hearty meat at a place near my next job and a short walk from the station. Entered the store after 12:30. It's not that crowded. The female hall staff will serve you politely. The order is a 150g lean lunch Steak for ¥1,000. Comes with salad, soup, and rice. What a great price!! ️First, salad and piping hot consommé soup are brought to you. For dressing, please use the ``Blood Sarasara Ikinari Dressing'' that is right in front of you. It was quite delicious with a sour and mellow dressing. The soup was pretty average. Steak arrived around the time I finished eating the salad. The hot iron plate is sizzling. A separate pot of Steak sauce will be provided, so pour it over the meat. Don't forget your paper apron. The lunch Steak was a bit grainy, but it was a decent piece of meat. The sauce is a Japanese-style sauce based on soy sauce, so it goes well with rice. Since it was lean meat, it wasn't greasy and was delicious till the end. ¥1,000 is a good cost performance.
