I made a reservation 2 days in advance for 19:30 with one person at the counter. Visited on time despite light rain. When you pull back the door, you can see the inside of the store at a glance, and even though it's almost full, it's not too noisy, and you can feel the liveliness and atmosphere. I was guided to a seat and sat at a comfortable counter with a nice view. I ordered a draft beer and the appetizer appeared. The stew and seasoning are delicious. The sashimi (single serving) also has a lot of flavor, and you can tell by the look and taste that the cut was selected. Starting with the beer, Sato (barley) and Mitake were thoughtful with their colorful glasses. The two people sitting next to me were ordering yellowtail shabu, so I decided to try this when I visited with two people. I was there for about an hour and a half, but when I left, there was a sign. I could feel that they cared about B1, and I remembered how pleasant the masters and staff were in the store, and I left the store looking forward to my next visit. I'll bother you again. It was a feast.
