よく行くショッピングモールにあるので気にはなっていたけれど
機会もなく、ポストに入っていた広告をきっかけに行ってみました
◆丸ごとしめじ天そば
◆山賊焼き
◆高尾のてんぐ
しめじを舞茸と勘違いして注文していたので、運ばれてきたときに
ちょっと驚きました (笑)
とても大きなしめじを調理ばさみで切り分け、天つゆ若しくは塩で
頂きます
揚げ方はカリッとしていたのですが、油がちょっとアレで
珍しく胸やけ気味
山賊焼は信州の郷土料理だそうです
高尾のてんぐは甘口だとか・・・
