2017年6月22日？に、高尾駅と狭間駅の狭間に誕生した商業施設『イーアス高尾』。その2階に存在しているベーカリーカフェのサンマルクカフェ。一般的なサンマルクカフェよりちょっと外観がオシャレな印象。日曜日に訪問しましたが、スタッフがまごまごしていてかなり回転悪かったですが仕方ないか。
●レモンチーズチョコクロ（180円＋税）
相変わらず生地が美味しいですね。柔らかくてもっちりとした感じもあって。その中には爽やかなレモンの風味を持つチョコレート。爽やかなチョコレートにもこの生地はマッチする。美味しかった。
