八王子初！ランプレドットのパニーノが食べられる気軽なイタリアンバール！！

以前から気になっていたアドマーニに12時過ぎにお邪魔しました。先客のサラリーマンは何かのパニーニと後から女性客がランチワインとランプレドットパニーニをオーダーしてました。
良くメニューを眺めると気まぐれ前菜3品とアルコールワンドリンクがあるので、真似っ子してこれとパニーニにすれば良かったですが既にオーダー済みでした。
ランプレドットとは牛の第4の胃、ホルモンで言うところのギアラのイタリア語の様です。国産牛のギアラを使用しているようです。他にもハチノスのトマト煮込みのパニーニもあるので次回にチャレンジしたいです。パニーニとはハンバーガーやサンドイッチの様にパンを使った料理のイタリア版のようです。
メニューを眺める前からランプレドットパニーニ680円税込は決まっていたので、ランチサービスのフライドポテト150円とドリンクのアイスコーヒー200円にしました。
待つこと７、８分でパニーニとアイスコーヒーとフライドポテトが提供されました。ランプレドットパニーニからは肉がはみ出してます。開けてみるとジェノベーゼテイストに仕上げてありました。
さて実食です。バジルテイストのよく煮込んだ柔らかいギアラは肉って感じで美味しいですね。ハチノスのアヒージョとは違ったテイストでこれまた良いです。フライドポテトはサクサクで美味しくパニーニを食べ終わってから、アイスコーヒーと一緒にいただきました。
美味しいランプレドットパニーニをご馳走さまでした。
