ランプレドットは牛の第4胃の煮込みとの事
お店の前を通って見てから気になっていたので今回注文してみることに。
単品でも注文できるけどサンドイッチしたパニーニにした、値段はテイクアウトで730円
見た目は小ぶりに見えたけど中身がたっぷりなのとパンがハード系なので食べ応えは十分にあった。
ワインの煮込みであるから臭みはなくてあっさりとしてバジルソースが合う、食感は内臓系だけど硬さなくちょっとクリーミーな感じだった。
今度はもう1つの煮込みであるトリッパを食べてみたい
